It is published twice a year by the Chair in Mennonite Studies and the Centre for Transnational Mennonite Studies at The University of Winnipeg. Co-operating institutions include: Canadian Mennonite University, Manitoba Mennonite Historical Society, Centre for Mennonite Brethren Studies, Menno Simons College, and Mennonite Heritage Archives
